Applications 2019

Who can apply depends on the category that you are entering:

• If you are a Scotland-based social enterprise organisation you can apply for categories 1, 2, 3, 4,5.
• If you are an individual working in the senior leadership team of a Scotland-based social enterprise you can apply for category 6.

You can find out more about the eligibility criteria for defining your organisation as a social enterprise in eligibility.

Complete the online application form along with any supporting documentation (maximum 2 pieces) by 11:59 pm on July 14^th 2019.

Shortlisted organisations will need to provide:

• Their most recent set of management accounts (including a profit/loss account and balance sheet).
• Their governing documents.
• A completed media pack.

The accounts and governing documents are required to confirm that your enterprise meets the initial social enterprise eligibility requirements which you can find in eligibility.

A media pack template will be provided to all shortlisted organisations to complete. The media pack will help Social Enterprise Scotland to promote the finalists and winners to the press and other media outlets.

If you want to be considered for the Social Enterprise Awards Scotland 2019 you need to complete the online application form by 11:59 pm on July 14^th 2019.

Applications will then be shortlisted by Social Enterprise Scotland and shortlisted organisations will be notified by early August.

Organisations shortlisted in categories 1 – 5 and individuals shortlisted in category 6 will be assessed by our Scotland judging panel, which is made up of previous winners and leaders in Scotland’s social enterprise and business communities.

The winners of all the categories will be announced at an awards ceremony held at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh on Tuesday 12th November.
