Every year our annual awards links to the SEUK National awards and while we have all changed the format of our awards this year we are still committed to a national showcase.
This year the national event is SE Futures and SES is pleased to partner with SEUK on this.
Social Enterprise Futures is an exciting new 2-day digital summit bringing the UK Social Enterprise movement together, taking place online on the 25th and 26th November.
The summit has two key objectives:
To celebrate what the sector has achieved in the last year to keep going, keep open, and mitigate the worst impacts of Covid on people and society.
To shape the future of our movement as we seek to build back better from the pandemic through inspiration, provocation and discussion.

The Social Enterprise Futures event will give over the afternoon of Wednesday, 25th November to look back and celebrate the amazing work of social enterprises in 2020.
A big part of this will be the 2020 Roll of Honour recognising those individuals who are at the heart of the social enterprise movement, who over the course of an extremely challenging year have demonstrated the strength, passion and resilience which is so characteristic of the sector.
This event and this celebration is yours and we want those that we recognise to come directly from you. We want you to let us know about your peers you admire who have been going above and beyond to support the communities you work with over the last year. This is by no means limited to those in a leadership position and is open to everyone in the social enterprise community.
All nominations are to be done through Twitter using #SocEntFutures. Mention the name of the person you’re tagging, what they do and what they’ve done this year.
We will invite some of those nominated to join us on stage at Social Enterprise Futures to tell their stories, others will be featured via video, and everyone nominated will be acknowledged in our 2020 Roll of Honour.
Nominations are a public process so even by nominating them you are giving them a shout out to the rest of the sector!
So get nominating, we want to hear as many amazing stories as possible!
Keep it simple and remember you only have 280 characters to use!
I am nominating @ for the #SocEntFutures 2020 Roll of Honour. They do… and this year they have….
